Terms of Service

1. The service

Saggo lets you build presentations with interactive slides (polls, quizzes, open questions and more) that participants answer from their phones via an access code, no account, no app install.

Saggo is currently in beta and offered free of charge. Features may change, and account creation may be limited while we test.

2. Your account

Presenter accounts are created and accessed through an email sign-in link (no password). You are responsible for access to your email address and for the activity in your account.

Participants don't need an account: they join with a numeric code and receive an anonymous technical identifier.

3. Your content

The presentations, questions and materials you upload remain yours. You grant us only the technical licence needed to store, display and deliver them to participants, that is, to run the service.

You are responsible for the content of your presentations and the questions you ask participants, including copyright on uploaded images and fonts.

4. Participant answers

Answers collected in a presentation are visible to the presenter and, in aggregate form, on stage. The presenter is responsible for how these answers are collected and used, including informing participants where the context requires it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Saggo for illegal content, harassment, spam, disinformation, or to collect sensitive personal data without a lawful basis. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors, it is a beta product. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running well, but we cannot guarantee a live presentation will never be affected by a technical interruption.

We recommend exporting important results (Excel/CSV) after each session.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any damage arising from the use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months (during the beta: zero). We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and associated data. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version, with its update date, is always published on this page; significant changes will be announced in the app.

10. Contact and governing law

The service is provided by Knowledge for Action SRL, VAT RO46968235, reg. J23/6889/2022, registered office at Str. Aleea Veronica nr. 36, Tamași, Ilfov, Romania. For any question about these terms, write to contact@saggo.app. The terms are governed by Romanian law; disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
