Common questions

How do participants join?

They open saggo.app on any phone or laptop and type the 6-digit code shown on your screen, or scan the QR code. There is no app to install and no account to create.

Do participants need an app or an account?

No. Participants join straight from their phone browser and stay anonymous by default. Only presenters have an account, created with a sign-in link sent by email, without a password.

The PowerPoint add-in shows an error on a slide

Delete the affected slide and insert it again from the Saggo add-in. If it keeps happening, email us with a screenshot and your PowerPoint version and we will help.

Where is my data stored?

Presentations and responses are stored on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). All traffic is encrypted. You can export everything or delete a presentation at any time.

Can I export the results?

Yes. Every presentation exports to Excel and CSV, and to PowerPoint (.pptx) with the final results, one slide per scene. Exports are free and unlimited during beta.

How many people can join at once?

Saggo is built for large rooms. Participants join for free from any phone with a code or a QR, and results update live as they answer.

How do I delete a presentation or my account?

Delete a presentation from your dashboard to remove its slides and all its responses for good. To close your account and delete all its data, email us from the account address.

Is Saggo really free?

Yes, Saggo is free while in beta: all slide types, unlimited participants and unlimited exports, with no credit card. Pricing after beta is on the Pricing page.
